About

Tomimito is a Paradigm Shift.

Paradigm shift (or revolutionary science) is, according to Thomas Kuhn in his influential book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions (1962), a change in the basic assumptions, or paradigms, within the ruling theory of science.

Tomi is a girl with dreams, lots of them. What she doesn’t realize is that she needs to get herself out of the box in order to achieve those dreams. Through what’s called a “Paradigm Shift”, she’s now able to experience it all- a new world full of creativity and opportunities, by becoming Mito.

A girl dreams. A girl becomes.

This website is maintained by Karen Lee, Founder and Chief Editor of TOMIMITO, and Justin Shin, Photographer and Business Partner (aka Partner in Crime).

Karen is an experienced business analyst and a marketing professional who dreams “in” fashion. She has over ten years of professional experience in Marketing, Research, and Business Management, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management and International Business. She can be bipolar and weird at times (or all the time depending on how you view it), but that’s because she’s of the rare species.

Justin Shin is a self-trained Photographer who is an experienced Management Consultant and an extrovert. He’s a lover of animals and all things cute and furry including humans. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.

All business inquiries should be emailed to TOMI@TOMIMITO.COM, serious inquiries only; however, we are also available for psychological counseling related to your romantic relationship troubles, career guidance, and lost cat.

FYI, we are not expecting to receive 24 million dollars from a stranger in a rural city of India or Africa, nor have we ever considered investing such sum of money elsewhere in the world when we can barely afford a decent housing in Seoul.

However, advertising and collaboration are open to discussion as long as it comes from a credible source and somewhat related to our content. But then again, our readers come first, and our passion is in communication and knowledge sharing on a global level.
