Agreed, however nothing’s impossible for Christophe Decarnin at the famous French fashion house, Balmain: Just add a touch of glitter, a fitted strong-shouldered jacket, a pair of skinnies or a micro-mini skirt, and finish with a pair of military booties by Giuseppe Zanotti.
